Are they some that have been prescribed or some that you have bought OTC? The strengths do vary and the larger doses have to be prescribed.
If you phone your G.P. or ask the pharmacist they may OK them or suggest something else.

A lot of people with neuropathy find r-alpha lipoic acid gives them relief. The issue could also be B12 deficiency, especially if you have been taking metformin or proton pump inhibitors for some time.

I've been taking metformin for a while, yes - and pills for folic acid definciency.
