Type 2 Omelets without using eggs anyone?

Hi all,
I really miss Cheese & ham Omelets since I became allergic to eggs about eight years ago.
I just wondered if there is anything you've come up with to replace such a dish or similar, please, all you experts cook out there?

You can become allergic to eggs? What kind of sorcery is this?

Its usually the egg yolks that can cause allergy. My daughters first egg at 8 mths caused a reaction, but she grew out of it.
