I'm developing a healthy dose of cynicism with medical 'professionals' who give out outdated advice which can have damaging consequences. And don't they hate patients who take the trouble of arming themselves with knowledge. After all, it's our health and knowing everything about our health is our God given right

Cereal companies won't profit from LCHF followers so it's best to destroy them and their credibility, so the masses can enjoy the wholesome goodness of breakfast cereals (sarcastic comment).

On the other hand chocolate, dairy products, oil and meat companies will profit from LCHF. Food multinational corporations make a lot of different products. On the other hand the fat that US government subsidizes corn while battling against hemp...

Hi Indy,
It seems that dietary food recommendations in the present day are often based on very shaky foundations.
Will we ever be able to see food educators use really sound science 100% of the time? I think not! There are too many vested interests and too many of us are not willing to check up and stop the flow of tasty junk we shovel into our mouths and the mouths of our children.
