With the benefit of the CMG monitor I know now that my fasting blood sugar all night was between 4.7 ad 5.1 from midnight through 6.30 am. On waking it rose to 6.3

If the experience of the last couple of weeks holds true will then I am likely to suffer elevated levels 7/ 8 with or without low carb food until about 2 pm before returning to the 5/ 6 with or without low carb food.

Currently trying to fast except between 2pm and 6 pm when my insulin resistance seems to be highest.
