My second cap for the Wales national futsal team in the first home nations tournament was bitter sweet. We won the game 7-1 and I played a lot of minutes but it ended with a broken bone in my foot.

On one hand I'm extremely proud again to play for the country but absolutely gutted to be out for 6 weeks and miss the rest of the tournament. .

I'll come back stronger. Injuries are part and parcel of playing sport.

Just hope the boys can win the rest of the tournament !

What a fantastic result in goal terms, but I'm so, so sorry to hear about your broken foot! That's so unfortunate! Hope it heals well and quickly.

Yer I will do! It's going to be a tough one. They're ranked higher than we are but I've got faith in the boys to pull off the upset!

I'll be back no doubts about it. Might be next season now with the national team but I'm still extremely proud of what's happened this season and I was delighted we won it. History makers!!

I'll keep going till the legs tell me they can't take it any more! . After all these opportunities only come round once in a lifetime!
