I've been using the same 2 fingers finger pricking for the last 26 plus years, so i must try and use 2 different fingers for the next 26 years.

My parents used to smoke 40 a day and when I was 13 they just stopped, one new year. Since then they didn't revert and my mother and the rest of the family are smoke free! It can be done! Good luck!

I have a target of walking 2017 miles in 2017. Works out at 63km per week. Persistence will be the key. As with diabetes it is not a sprint but marathon

Lovely concept! I found myself walking 7/8 miles a day in Seville recently, albeit it at a leisurely pace! lol Could i do it in the cold and rain? ..... Nope!
