8.8 this morning despite very low carb day and second fast day until supper. Never mind keep plodding on and try not to shoot myself in the foot this evening, at a NYE bash!

Mine was 4.8 at 0930. This equals the previous lowest back in october...!
Just for reference, it was 7.8 last nite at 2345....

6.5 rising to 9 pre breakfast trying out coffee with cream for the first tie ( I've always "hated" coffee ) I was quite surprised to find its not that bad. Fingers crossed it will help cut short the morning rise ( to around 11 and 4 hours ) to something shorter and lower.

Hi, Usually at low end of 5's! 5.2 this am at 6 went I got up to go to loo.
I am supposed to take Atorvastatin according to doctor but told him don't want to. Even 5mg/day affects me too much. So I took 5mg/day for a week in Dec and soon stopped them as my fasting BG went up to the high end of the 5's. Mainly 5.8. regards D.
