Channel 4 Food Unwrapped - January 2 featuring Dr Unwin a GP promoting LCHF

Don't know how informative it will be but January 2nd food unwrapped will apparently feature Dr Unwin a GP promoting lchf. I've seen him speak at a conference and he was very good, has got his whole practice following the approach. May be worth a watch?

It will be interesting to see if he is now promoting HF.
Up until now, every time I have seen him interviewed or speaking, he has been pro-LC but has refused to engage on the HF side of things, preferring to focus on carb and weight control.

I believe Dr Trudi also lowered her recommendations for higher fats.. she brought out another new book last year..

Why was the Dr from Public Health Englnd so behind the times.. shouldn't they be the ones leading the investigation into updates on the thinking behind the flaws in their eatwell guide? Instead she was spouting outdated and unproven theories. Made me sad (well I shouted at the TV).
