Is that your Total Cholesterol? And if so, do you have a breakdown of your HDL, LDL and Triglyceride levels?

Are you outside the UK, as based on UK measurements, from the data you have provided, you might want to get some clarification on your creatinine and eGFR. At first glance, an eGFR of 51 suggests stage 3 CKD, yet your creatinine levels are way down, with values of 120+ being the first indication of Kidney damage. Creatinine levels don't tend to raise until kidney functions drops below 50, but even so, readings for a "normal" person are expected to be in the range 60 to 120.

I was going to answer your questions but realised your measurements must be different from the UK .

In UK
EGFR should be over 90
serum albumin 35 to 50
serum creatinine 46 to 92
urine albumin/creatinine ratio 0 to 2.3
haemoglobin 115 to 165

Your BMI and BP are normal
Cholesterol is very low.

Thanks. :)
Personally, I would want cholesterol higher than that, but I don't know if you are taking statins to lower your cholesterol, or if your cholesterol is naturally that low?

There is a lot of debate at the moment about ideal cholesterol levels, and their impact on health. As far as I know, the NHS still wants total cholesterol for diabetics to be at 4, so yours is well below that target.

My own view is based on the reading and recent research that has been done debunking the heart-cholesterol myth, and showing that higher levels of cholesterol may be protective. So, for myself, I would prefer a higher cholesterol level than yours.

However, it is something you need to read up on yourself, and discuss with your doctor, especially if you are taking statins to keep your cholesterol so low.
