I did a double take on that too. I had been reading about these new lower carb potatoes they have in Australia so my mind thought 'refused potatoes ' was a new brand. Than I realised and called myself a Twit!Haha, it's not a way to cook spuds, refused the potatoes and substituted salad!
We had that tonight too. Really tasty.B: bacon, egg, sausage, mushroom, tomato, cup of posh herb tea, rose and lemonade flavour, no less!
L: none
S: bg dipped a bit mid afternoon, so I snaffled a Kind chia bar. Yum
D: will be Dietdoc chicken in pesto, cream, feta and olives. With huge amounts of spring greens. The smell is divine.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0...hen+scales&dpPl=1&dpID=41fUZHnvSBL&ref=plSrch10.30 a.m. Snack was,
A thick slice of Grapefruit, supposed to be 125 gr max., but, this time it was 156 gr actually, it is not so easy to get the weights right with such fruits, even tough one uses a sensitive digital kitchen scale
160 ml of Milk Kefir, a fermented milk drink, and then again a purpose made household kitchen glass with a scale of ml measurements on it is used
I believe, it is imperative that, a DM need to have a team of Endo and Qualified Diabetes Dietitian, working together, in order for you to manage your Diabetes better and correctly and each individuals needs are different than somebody else's and changes constantly as time goes by.
Would be so nice if anybody knew a place on the net where a small carry in a bag scale for i.e. 0 - 0.5 kg is weighted could be ordered ?
