Weight loss update

Just a update on dieting progress.
I have now lost 2and a half stone. I'm now 20 stone but I will get down to under 13 stone to get my target weight.

I joined weight watchers in early March to keep me on track. (on-line using pro-points).

My blood sugar is now under 6.0 2 hours after a meal.

My Boss is also loosing weight with Weight Watchers so its a good support network.

I can feel the changes. I'm not as tired as much as I used to be and am getting back into clothes I had grown out of. :D

Wow well done you! :) Thats quick work and the lower blood sugars are definately an added bonus. Keep up the good work and you'll be at your goal in no time!

Thanks for the suggestions and tips shared here for weight lose,...I thinks that all kind of fitness exercise and walking is best to lose weight effectively,..

Weight now 17 stone 8lb. I need to watch Im eating enough. I started feeling faint and dizzy on Friday around 11.45. I checked my blood sugar and it was 4.6. I ate lunch early (just after the check) and felt better. It's taught me to check before and 2 hours after meals.
