Just a update on dieting progress.
I have now lost 2and a half stone. I'm now 20 stone but I will get down to under 13 stone to get my target weight.
I joined weight watchers in early March to keep me on track. (on-line using pro-points).
My blood sugar is now under 6.0 2 hours after a meal.
My Boss is also loosing weight with Weight Watchers so its a good support network.
I can feel the changes. I'm not as tired as much as I used to be and am getting back into clothes I had grown out of.
