7.5 Monday, down from 7.7 previous two days so a slight improvement. Unless I go berserk the night before it's looking like my numbers are usually round about 7 -7.5 ish every morning now

I was a 5.4 this morning.

I did n't get a cold at all last winter, but this time around I've had one for the last 4 weeks. Don't know if it is affecting my BG levels at all, but it is *&^^&"! me off
