spaghetti bolognese with lots of parmesan, piles of garlic bread and black forest gateau. I don't know about everyone else just but I just love carbs mmmmmmmmmmmm
I have the occasional Cadbury's Flake only ever one at a time. They have a dreamy taste. My husband keeps buying them. I have tested afterwards and found the levels quite acceptable. (I am diet only by the way)
A slice of toast for breakfast if I run out of home made low carb bread. Blood sugars go up to 9 or 10 but it is less than once a month.
Oh and the very very occasional Fry's chocolate cream bar. They always were my favourite - I never test after them though....
I tried one once when my kids were little, didn't like them at all and found them sickly. I always say you can't beat wine gums, loved them as a kid and always ate the black ones first!
