yesterday NO excercise 125 grams of carbs and 95 grams of protein, have had some days off gym, hae been so hungry and tirad, so have eaten much more than usually and slept more and hardly lifted a finger for days.... now my umbers slowly creeping upwards...

5.0 today, even though I dared eat some (oven-baked) fries yesterday. Trying out some carbs to see how my body reacts to them after a couple of weeks of (very low-carb) 'rest' - don't intend to make them a regular part of my diet, but I need to figure out what is the least harmful for when eating out in company etc.
