my Body woke me up and luckily I keep Glucose Tablets in the Bedroom, so munched on 6 of them - now it's 4.3 . ( Need to reduce Insulin much more) Going for something more substantial to eat.

Yey 5.6 overdid the peanuts last night (I know how to live LOL) so thought it might have been higher, the red wine must've helped!

up with headace in the middle of night: ate an orange and a proteinbar and 2 kodymagnyls at 4 o´clock so not really a fasting number, did eat yesterday 142 grams of carbs and 134 grams of proteins plus 35 grams of carbs and 26 grams of protein at 4:30 .... and did burn 1800 calories yesterday at the fitness-center
