up with headace in the middle of night: ate an orange and a proteinbar and 2 kodymagnyls at 4 o´clock so not really a fasting number, did eat yesterday 142 grams of carbs and 134 grams of proteins plus 35 grams of carbs and 26 grams of protein at 4:30 .... and did burn 1800 calories yesterday at the fitness-center
