how comewhen i do my needle in my arm i get a lump straight after but i never do my needlesin my arm cause my arms aint got fat on but i dont know hwy i keep getting lumps there after i inject

Try avoiding the arms and inject in a place where there is more fat. Sometimes by pinching the skin and then injecting can help overcome the problem of lumps, but obviously this is difficult in the arms, so should you wish to inject here, ask someone to pinch the skin for you.

You can lean against a wall and role your arm against it so the fat comes from the bottom to the top.

I seem to inject mostly in my stomach now, cos everywhere else hurts
