Hello guys yes l forgot my password but today l found my old diary and lam very pleased to say lam managing very well at 4.1 wt ever time of the day

I dnt eat bread, pasta,rice and potatoes instead l replaced with sweet Para ties Pumkin's and butternut squash and all boiled or grilled and s lot of grilled or steamed fish and breakfast l prepare vegetable only smoothie
