Literally saved my life. Specialist didn't give me much chance to live much longer.
BMI was obese at 35. Now 23. Was 104 kilos, now 68. Didn't know of BMI.
Triglycerides terrible, now in line.
High blood pressure, now gone.
Poor fatty liver, nearly gone.
2 choices, live or die very quickly.
Chose to live, by taking immediate action.
Specialist now says, keep on doing what you're doing, and you'll live to a ripe old age.
The low carb high fat eating way of life, combined with exercise, has done it for me.
First Hba1c after 4 months was 4.9.
I lowered the carbs again, and last week's second Hba1c result 4.5.
Proof it works....
