A perfect fbg of 5.6 for me. After a hypo before supper. Meds reshuffled.
Wheat floured bread raises most diabetics bgs, unless covering with inj insulin. (Small bread roll). Your liver must have sucked it up and dumped on you when not eating? Make a new thread hun about this as many people can keep you right. More experienced low carbers?10.4.
7:00pm -5.7 before dinner (1 small hand roll, sashimi, edamame, salads, & salmon, about 35 carbs)
8:00pm - 8.9
9:00pm - 9.7
10:00pm - 10.2 (bedtime)
3:00am - 8.7
5:00am - 9.2
6:00am - 9.3
7:00am - 9.7
8:30am - 9.3 (out of bed)
9:30am - 10.4 (still fasting, not hungry at all)
Oh, a hand roll isn't a bread roll. It's a sushi thing(Small bread roll).
Ha ha sorry. So low carb still causing increases? Put it to mass members on a new thread. Protein may be raising you, like me.Oh, a hand roll isn't a bread roll. It's a sushi thing
