After a couple of weeks of silly numbers........4.9.........yay.......

Ok I'm back. Need to start getting in control again - had become a bit complacent - 12 years diabetic Type 1 age 57 (LADA). Anyway control improving since Levemir twice daily plus Novo rapid and reducing carbs.

This morning 7.2 - which is very very good for me.

Thanks to all - I really appreciate the opportunity for a daily check-in - future replies will be shorter ! with hopefully lowe BGs

Not a fine number didnt take metformin for 1.5 day and the raise is around 0.6 mmol so maybe I'll stick to metformin , we'll see What fitness today will do to my morning number tomorrow .
Yesterday 1275 calories eaten . Carbs 73 gram and proteins 55 gram
