Off for my first visit to dietitian since been diagnosed in January. Not sure how much support I'll get doing low carb but going with an open mind.

Same here @Swiggy Just tooo many pancakes . But hey why not? It's once a year and if we can't enjoy a bit of what we like once in a while it's time to give up

I was thinking about what to give up for Lent Gunner 10 and there's nothing left lol. So I am going to try to increase my steps by 500 a day.
