It all started so well ...

Bed at 10.30 pm 7.6
Woke at 1am 7.1
Awake again 2.20 am 7.5
Downstairs and ate a piece of cold corned beef quiche
Took meds and tested blood at 3.55 am 7.2
So far so good ...

Hour and a half later at 5.20: up to 8.0
Had coffee with cream and 5 olives
At 6:40 back down to 7.6

Washed and brushed up - dressed and ready for the day by 8.40 am
9.5!!!

Good morning all Here we go again 6.2 @ 7.20 am despite having yogurt 2 tbsp 1. Tbsp double cream 4 raspberries 1 strawberry at 9.15 last night to stop liver dump. No carbs in any meal choices just breakfast bacon 1 slice .1 egg 1 sausage, evening meal roast pork cauliflower and cabbage gravy. Fruit and yogurt + cream at 9.15 pm.i know I'm in range but they where on there way in 5s now back to 6 s.??? Any answers please K
