hey folks I have tried these pork crackling snacks they are great at just 0.5g carb per 45g packet. Enjoy!

I see what you mean.. although I have never had any bad reactions to them..and with that carb count I doubt there is very much..

Unfortunately the slightest amount of gluten seems to affect me. I currently buy these: http://www.awfullyposhsnacks.com/ although I prefer Pork Scratchings to the Cracklings.

Those are my faves too.... and Asda often have the multipacks @ 2 for £2..... 6 small bags in a pack
