I'm having trouble getting the Accu check Insight handset to connect to my Windows 10 laptop, the computer identifies the handset via the USB cable but the software searches for the handset and the handset just states connecting, not connected?
Is there a simple fix for this as I've phoned Accu Check who advised the IT team will call back, but no call back since 10am?
