Fbg 2.3 and treated as a hypo immediately. Metformin is my friend again. Now i can reduce insulin again. So looking forward to new insulin regime to get settled down asap. Roll on the 12th. For now I'm enjoying a week free of medical appointments. (Either that or I'd crack up). Its been very intense.

Best number in an extremely long time (3+ years) I got a 4.3 mmol/l (or 78mg/dl) . I'm on day three of following FMD (Fasting Mimicking Diet) designed by Professor Longo.. Yet as good as the number is, its all moot until I start eating again but Professor Longo has given me hope..
