I dislike being diabetic and two heavy I am 80kg and want to get down to 50 kg very soon.
Hi to all,

I have a very cracked heel on my right foot have used flexitol but its not helping i go see podiatrist today about plantar fasicitis so will show her.

It hurts when i walk on it dosnt improve it.
Help any ideas.

Have you tried slapping on the cream you use then wearing gel socks to bed - be really liberal with creams

Following this as I have such bad skin on my feet. Flexitol isn't touching it.

I get this sometimes and good old Vaseline usually works. Slap it on thickly and then put an old pair of socks on.
I've also recently discovered Burts Bees coconut foot cream. It's really thick and sticky.. smells lovely and really works well.

GM O'Keefes working hands do a cream for feet and if it works half as good as their hand cream it will be amazing stuff,sometimes anything is worth trying
