@GeoffersTaylor you fall off the wagon and still get 5.7 :) just shows how good your FBG usually is!

True enough. I'm usually pretty strict so I'm happy to treat myself occasionally. But I over-did it on birthday weekend and on Sunday night felt horrendous with a hyper that kept me up half the night.

I'm having my HbA1C done tomorrow. That result should be interesting.
