Mine is getting delinquent, a 7.2 this morning. I seem to have gone up 1 mmol on average

Anyway 5.0 flat this morning after a good fasting day yesterday. Would have been lower but just didn't have time to fit in any exercise. Just flopped into bed at 9:30pm and woke up as fresh as a daisy this morning.
