I love almonds or any kind of nuts, and also peanut butter on crackers and sliced red pepper.

I like chocolate digestives, they're my personal favourite snack:)

You might not want to eat those though, but it all depends on what you can and cannot eat.

If, and that's an assumption, you're looking for low carb snacks that won't impact your BG too much - have a look here for some examples:

I usually have a small handful of peanuts, or a mini babybel cheese, on the odd occasion I might have a spoonful of peanut butter on a couple of crackers

I don't snack anymore.
Occasionally I eat something to do a liver block before bed if I've had a difficult bg day. Resetting my fbg and starting with a decent bg.

Unfairness/ use of offensive language.
If I need to actually "nibble" I eat walnuts. For a sweeter treat I eat a small piece of 70% dark chocolate. I also agree with GrantGam about the celery/ peanut butter.

I love dipping dark choco in pb! Or I crumble a small piece and mix it with macadamia nuts. My own trail mix.

Peanut butter, small wedge of cheddar, olives. Marmite, 85% dark chocolate, some times a rich tea biscuit or a Nairn's Oatcake.

Be wary of sugary peanut butter like SunPat. It's not the 'proper' stuff. Try a one like Meridian or Whole Earth... if you want to make it even better for you find a one without palm oil too.

It is very difficult to avoid Palm Oil these days they put it in so many products, I for one eat whole Earth peanut butter which I like.

Salted sunflower seeds in the shell. Having to open them slows you down and the saltiness hits any cravings. The salt will also shrivel your tongue if you eat too many :***:

Tripe, most shellfish.. mussels, cockles etc...
I snack on nuts.. most kinds.. Have you tried crushing some walnuts or cashews and mixing them into plain yoghurt?
