6.4 this morning which feels a bit like back to square one. When I figure out what causes the rise in my BG - which is certainly not food I am going to crack it

:***::***: 7.2 this morning - I know exactly what will have caused it - I had pie last night - pastry does seem to be my personal bugbear (it's just that home made steak and kidney pie every once in a while is not something I'm prepared to give up completely). Ah well - back to behaving myself!

Today it was 6.2 seems to be going up each day but i know why i have been testing earlier than normal All have a good day

5.3 this morning. I notice portion control is very important for every meal. Eat moderately to keep blood sugar under control for me and this seems to work so far.

10.0 this morning and the highest FBG since I started testing in Dec 16. I'm just going to wait it out until it drops, which I will
