A 5.9 this morning Wasn't great before bed but with a decent sleep I'm more myself. Fast heart beat rearing its ugly head when lying down again. It might be too much levothyroxine again as I've lost approx 4kg in a month. Seeing specialist next week. Hba1c, thyroid, kidneys and liver bloodtest tomorrow morning. Let's see!

I feel like I have hit a bit of a plateau with my fbg, is this normal? Cant seem to shift it below 6.2 at the moment.

However I have lost 2st in about 2 months now 15st. Intermittent fasting and generally ketogenic levels of carbs.

A fbg of 6.2 is perfect. A stable 6.2 is magic!
