I've had the Naked plain noodles that come in a bag but not this pot noodle type. The plain ones were ok.

I got all exited then till I went and looked at a packet of dried Egg Noodles.

carbs 35g per 100g.

Far too many carbs for me at 52g a pot - I can eat a small portion of egg noodles from sharwoods in a stirfry with lots of lovely fresh veg and protein but these naked noodles would have me in the sky lol

My blood sugars seem to be fine after having these I suppose everyone is different lol checked after a few hours and they were 5.0 I can eat all I like with enough insulin
