Freestyle Libre Settings

I hope this isn't a silly question. I've been using the Freestyle Libre for a couple of days and I can't get the volume on the reader to work. It did when I first started using it but it's given up. It doesn't really matter as the vibrate works fine, but if something doesn't work properly it annoys me!
Any ideas?

Phone the help line, they'll send you a new one and probably let you keep the other or give a free returns bag.
