7.1 today went to bed at 22.00 at 5.9 only had ham salad for dinner.
Spoke to GP yesterday telling him now on track with single readings testing before and after meals and when I get up in the morning. Requested more testing strips to which he replied you donthave to test that many times jst do before meals. Testing 8 times a day works for me and keeps my readings in single numbers instead of high 20’s whose the diabetic here me or the quack I was absolutely fuming it was like talking to a brick wall grrrr
