In a world of greed where footballers are demanding up to £250,000 a week in wages and so-called celebrities are offered huge sums to take part in mediocre shows like I'm a Celebrity, it's refreshing to see that the great actor Ricky Tomlinson has donated £1million pounds to Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool for the benefit of the children and their families.

Good on yer Ricky boy..............the world would be a better place if others followed your generosity and kindness!
