Morning all ...so at 7.30 I was surprised to get a 6.4 then immediately double checked and got 6.1 . I'd still like to be sub six, so will try to calorie restrict for a couple of days ...tough in these damp, darker , cooler days to think of doing that though..... brrrrrrr ......... keep smiling ,,,,,,,,,

Don't understand why you think your readings are not good. I thought anything between 4 and 7 would be classed as good.

we have individual goals .... I think most compare results to what we have previously achieved

I had a good run in the 5.0+ in the morning, but I have seemed to have settled in on high fives and low sixes now.

My GP and DE are both happy with those figures.

Been pretty regular on mid 5 to low 6 so anything over 6.5 I class as bad for me maybe ok for others but it just a personal thing for me
