Might buy one of those bendy beds that I can elevate, so I do not lay flat on my back.

The hospital liked my figures, they pulled the Diabetic Journal log and averages for the last three months, off of my mobile phone for the last month.

It depends on what your figures are like the rest of the time.
Fbgs can be higher due to 'Dawn Phenomenon' but you should be aiming for fbgs between 4-7.

I should of tested but back in comfortable bed again now. I'll test on alarm at 7.30am. Too dark at 0330 in wintery England.
I envisage a blood testing mobile phone in the future for us diabetics!
