I have had to get a new meter as the one touch ultra test strips that my old meter used have been discontinued. My practice have issued me with a contour ts meter. I have only used it once and it's already annoying me. Why does it have to beep all over the place? It's bad enough having to test but with the added beeping it means everyone in the office (or anywhere else) knows what you're doing and it brings comments that I don't need. There is just no need for the beeping. Rant over.

You can on a contour it's just you have to play around with it and it's in the settings as I use a contour next usb meter and the one meter and I got to play around with it so that I knew what I was doing with it. You will find it when you are not looking for it in the settings on the meter
