Type 2 Blood results

Hi every one today I got my blood sugar results and they were 6.6 from 7.1 not a huge difference in 3 months but the receptionist said they are in the normal range so continue with what you are doing and will see you in 3 months for another blood glucose test. I'm happy with all the encouragement and understanding Diabetes has helped me from being on this forum, although I am not as active as most of you on this forum who do a wonderful job in explaining and advising all.
Keep up the good work. I think doctors are slowly comming round to understanding low carb.

I have been doing intermittent fasting and low carb, at first intermittent fasting was difficult with hypertension but as I continued regularly it was easy , didn't feel hungry just kept sipping water, bp still creeps up but I know what to do now as I feel lot more educated, most times it's carbs and sugar that elevate it.
