@ally1 it happens to most of us don't let it stress you out too much has stress can push up your BG levels too.
Goodness take a look at mine I'm nowhere perfect just keep trying that's all any of us can do. ally have you thought it is more than likely what they call on here a liver dump, and you need to try o be careful what you eat after your evening meal,usually I don't eat after mine until lunchtime following day,but sometimes it still can be higher. Just do your best it's all any of us can do, take care,best wishes to you! Kathleen X

My BG this morning was 6.2 on it's way down. Hopefully,but it is the New Years Eve this weekend and a freezer full of buffet food to get rid of from Christmas! Watch this space! K
