Just back from a 6 month check up with the DN a1c at 49, BP normal, well normal for me and weight is 52kg all to the thanks to people on here, LCHF, eating, read most about this on here all your help, you have given to others, I followed, keep giving this information out, tips etc. Great work to you all

Thanks but it down to the great food ideas on here and how other T1 and T2, and how they get they a1c down and weight down with LCHF eating, low number since I started 40 years ago so it's really thanks to others on here for posting, their stories
