Lunch: berries, sugar free jelly and yoghurt
Mid afternoon Half a blueberry muffin
Dinner: small slice of chicken pie with some baked beans. Water and coffee throughout the day.
6.30 am : double egg sandwhich on wholemeal bread. 9.00 : bowl of porridge and half a scoop of whey protein. 12.00 : chicken tomato pesto with a handfull of wheatgerm pasta and kaylets. 3.00pm : tuna sandwhich on wholemeal bread. 6pm will be tuna steak and asparagus
Breakfast, Greek yoghurt,oats and berries Lunch, Lidl protein roll with ham, cheese and salad and orange Dinner, out later will be steak, salad, few chips and glass if red
Breakfast was beautiful milky latte
Lunch was falafels humous and brie and olives and ham and grapes with a square of 90% dark choc and another latte lots of water
dinner was chicken breast with parsnips lots of water
Having a rum and coke then water and bed. Watching great British festive bake off from xmas on demand.
mid morn snack - plain greek yogurt with coconut flour, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, stevia, a few blueberries and some plain soy milk to loosen it up
Bacon, mushrooms, eggs, sausage and beans for breakfast
High protein roll with cheese and ham and an orange for lunch
Dinner will be homemade curry with a glass of red
Breakfast. 2 scrambled eggs
Lunch. Small piece chicken with chicory, four baby plum tomatoes, handful black olives
Supper. Kipper fillet with keto brocolli cauliflower bake. I may have made it wrong as I didn't think it was very nice!
Handful blueberries with Greek yoghurt.
One really nice Americano coffee! (Lunchtime, not just before bed!)
lunch - lentils made with some tvp, seaweed, carrots and onions - 2 soy dogs - small portion of broccoli and cauliflower
dinner - salmon burger - haas avocado, bok choy, asparagus & small portion of mashed sweet potato/butternut squash with coconut oil, cinnamon & ginger
dessert will be sliced almonds & walnuts sprinkled with cinnamon & topped with some whipped cream

Walked to work feeling sick (pukey) all the way and was shaking when I walked in the office so turned round and walked back home again.
Late lunch: 2 crumpets
