Type 2 Carb blockers

Has anyone taken carb blockers in addition to Metformin to lower BS levels?

I did look at these but I just don’t eat any carbs to block.

I had severe diarrhoea with these.

I have not heard of these but to be brutally honest my first thought was 'My mouth blocks the carbs because I do not eat them and this is a much cheaper way'. I firmly beleive that there are no short cuts to get around the dietary changes necessary to improve health and furure well being. Sorry.

I have cut down my carbs too but wondered whether to take them only when I have the odd carb meal like pasta. Interesting

On one testing tv program stated they dont work hun. Waste of money.
