Quite interesting that the "meats and seafood" graphic only contains fish.
Milk can have quite a few carbs depending on quantity.
Also he includes seed oils which are a bit suspect and especially palm oil which is so far as I know quite bad.
Almonds, plain without flavouring, are somewhere between 5 and 10% carbs, it seems to vary between brands.
Those with some kind of coating (usually containing some kind of sugar) are higher.
