MPs involved in benefit failings!

But why would the DWP want the process to work? They don't have pay out if the forms get "lost".I used to sent stuff to the Wolverhampton sorting office by recorded delivery and even then forms disappeared . Best get local Jobcenter staff (who are usually helpful) to send photocopies
