Have you tried fibreflour, "we" are having good results with this (apart from anything that needs to rise).

I have been playing with linseed also, the results so far are just edible, so I am going to cut with other ingredients.
I did a recipe with Flax Seed for bread..It was edible but boy did it give me awful tummy ache..Never again

No I have never tried Fibre Flour. Is it easy to come by and do you add yeast?
You can get it from https://www.lonjevity-foods.com/ and amazon. In the interests of fairness to new competitors https://lodough.co/ is similar (I haven't used this). My wife has used FibreFlour more the me (some lovely food) so I am not sure about the yeast. The below was my dinner circa a week ago:

This video shows some results which persuaded "us" to try. I can't wait for the day when these low carb flours are the norm at normal prices.

Ive used fibre flour to make a very acceptable low carb berry crumble. Bread on the other hand was a disaster. Plan to try it to make some shortbread at some point - think that will work well

Oh WOW, that's it, I am coming round for dinner lol. That looks delicious. Enjoyed your video also. Very honest speaking man. I have found fibre flour on Amazon, and some recipes will try this.

I am also thinking that some of the TV chefs that have managed significant personal weight loss then don't follow their own eating regime when demonstrating cooking on their programmes.
Remember that working in restaurants kitchen requires a lot of manual work and one has to use force.
There are some slim cooks and they normally eat a lot, but they are walking 10 hour a day...

About pears and apples, I could eat a pear (or an apple) without any problem (measured 2 hour after meal 6.2).
Yes a pear, being a friut has fructose, and normally a cooked pear is made with atting and caramelizing sigars, but I have steam cooked them and then used some bitter cocoa, stevia and vanillin to make a sort of icing .

That`s great! has he answered it though?
‘He’ or his team answered “Every recipe has been tried, tested and tasted. Some have been re written. Every word has been checked by Diabetes UK”!
