LOL Freema, no idea how you burn so many calories at fitness. I could never do that, just too much. Anyway, it is good if you keep it up and take rest days every now and again. Have fun and hope you will achieve your ideal weight in no time.

I only do it twice a week. ( for 4 hours each time) so well I have days for other stuff too and to rest in between..

Lol for the first time ever the weathermen have issued a red zone for snow over the next 24+ hours in the Scottish central /borders area we have had 7 inches of snow and we’re on the edge of the zone this is our spring Don’t knock autumn to much ! Last year the autumn temps got up into the 40° C mark. So a good chance for that to happen again before they decide what week they will have winter here.

The chains never came out here, I sold them with the car I owned in 1970.
