Thanks so much for all the information, it's amazing the things I got told that are wrong!
Had a yoghurt for breakfast but it was a Muller light
so I'll try and limit the rest of my carbs, the problem is I don't like full fat yoghurt s as they are thick and I like runny lol!
For lunch I had tuna, lettuce, tomato and an orange for my carbs so sitting around 30g of carbs so far. Having 2 chicken breasts with lettuce and 2 tomatoes for tea so hopefully that will keep me low.
