Do you have any idea how much you're eating?
I have a vegetarian bf. Just avocado. Holds me for hours. Then lunch is 1-2 oz protein and dinner 2-3. I eat about 5 (35 g) oz animal/ fish and get more in avocado, nuts, veg and a little cheese. Lately I've had an aversion to veg and my stomach is very happy. I feel loads better too. I think most people don't need nearly the amount of food they eat. Quality over quantity.
Recently since going ULTRA LC lots of things are improving.
I've also been reminded ( by myself but forgot) that a lighter evening meal and low saturated fat lowers my fasting a lot. Rosedale speaks of saturated fat being the hardest to burn and in his phase one 3 weeks he minimizes them.
