Well, just thought I would report that I have completed my first week of recucing (not cutting out) but really cutting back on my carb intake and I am very pleased to say that I have lost 4lb...Am delighted with that..I must be getting something right, yay!

A mistake I keep making is that a new page has been started so in fact perhaps it may be on page 2 and not on page 1?

Sometimes you can miss those page numbers (usually on bottom left of screen...) coz thier quite small.
